Com boots but no display no led

  My com boots but there is no display no led lights but the fans inside are running. any ideas? Please help

  Chip: P4 3.2 HT 800MHz 1MB L2 Cache
  Mobo: MSI 915P Neo2
  Ram: Kingston 512mb
  HDD: Seagate 80Gb and 300GB
  Power: Powerlogic 450W
  Graphics: Sapphire x700pro 256mb
  Drive: Sony DVDRW 18X(+/-) Dual Layer

  No LEDS light meaning?
  
  On the CPU or the monitor?
  
  If it's CPU, perhaps the LEDS light wire is not plugged in. It's not required to plug that in.
  
  If it's monitor, did you turn on the power for the monitor?
  
  Did you press the power button?
  
  Also, do you hear any beeps during booting?

  how u know that your com is booting when no led light no display?
  fan inside running doesn't mean that system is booting

  my cpu infront have the red light with its working well....and obviously my monitor will be on -.- and there might not have power to the motherboard ? Can boot and the fan will just keep runnning...of course i open up my cpu so that i can see what's going wrong inside -.- replies are lame -.- lolx anyway thanks

  just now it happened to me too when i was fixing in my new dvd writer, i just shake shake my card a bit can liao

  I just took my MSI mobo to corbell and they 1 to 1 exchange So happy and it work... Thanks... Yup It's solved..
