  still got but its not under microsoft any more.
  
  i went in only ppl parked there in a particular channel, not very welcoming oso.

  ya lor.. miss it. its sorta free for all now. after all, its essentially an irc program. but its extremely dated now.

  Singapore Microsoft Chat is gone.
  
  Not sure for other countries. You can try though. US is gone if I'm not wrong. Try UK.
