Any websites that offers personalized shopping carts for free? I just need the shopping carts. Nothing else.
It seems that all shopping carts comes with their own check out payment service. And I do not need that. Just shopping carts!

the payment gateways are modular, u can disable and enable all u want. i think i saw a paypal mod to add in oso, make things even simpler.
its open source, can hack all u wan oso can.
