  i juz find it kinda boggling uh...from a bizness point of view...y not juz settle for 1 brand?....each brand has its own technological equivalent of the other.....

  centrino and turion

  They have similar tech points. But it's the way the chip works that make users prefer one over the other.
  
  Before AMD got cooler, Intel was the ruler. Now that AMD could manage their temperatures better, it's gaining fans.
