Notebook cooler not working!!!!!

  Hi , i just bought a vantec lapcool 4 form sim lim because i suspected my laptop was overheating, however after buying it, my computer still shuts down by itself.
  
  Should i buy the thing ( forgot what its called) to clean my heat sink instead?

  Something inside is keeps making your laptop heats up.
  
  Either it's dust, heatsink problems or other hardware problems. Best to bring to the laptop service centre for checking and replace heatsink if that's the problem.

  heard that you could use the thing which i talk about, it can like clear the dust in the heat sink. Its called canned something i think

  Just found out that its called a Canned air or duster
  anyone know where i can get it if need it

  one thing.. dont block the air duct when u use lappy.. the entrace of the air duct is underneath the lappy.. so make sure its clear

  btw, my laptop only shuts down by itself when it is being charged.
