do i just pull out my hard drive from cooler master centurion 5 or is there any trick to it

As far as I know, Cooler Master Centurion doesn't use screws of any sort.
You just have to unlock those clippings to the hard disk and take out the hard disk.

where do i unlock? side or front? so everything is held up together like lego?

Look inside. There's something to push down. That will unlock it. Then push it forward, it will loosen its gripping on the hard disk and you will be able to take it out easily.

it loosens when pushed up. do i push to the back or to the front? both dont work. when i push back there are 2 very small metal edges preventing me from pushing further after a certain point.

Try both. The metal prevents you from spoiling the clipping after reaching a certain point.
It should loosen up. Compare both of them. If pushing backwards feel tighter, then you have to push forward and vice versa.

the hard disk didnt move at all for both
can the front be taken out?

You can take out the front... but I won't recommend it...

You need power tools like a sledge hammer and only have to smash the front once , the HDD will come out.
