How to get rid of malware/trojan?

  just now i manually go delete C:\Program Files\Common Files\{0C3A8FA7-06C5-1033-0118-060620200001}\Update.exe
  when i saw it in the prevx location thingy...

  Save the file as kill.bat

  Double click kill.bat to run it.
  
  Then try to open HijackThis again.
  
  Can you open Task Manager? Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
  
  If this doesn't work, download Brute Force Uninstaller

  ProcessKill snew.exe
  ProcessKill Update.exe

  Save this as kill.bfu
  For Save as Type box, select All Files from the drop-down list
  
  Unzip Brute Force Uninstaller and double click BFU.exe to open it
  
  Click on the folder button (see picture, boxed up in blue)
  
  
  
  Locate the kill.bfu that you've saved earlier
  
  Click on Execute button
  
  Try opening HijackThis again.

  Peng... why is Prevx using such a location?
  
  Restore it... if not, uninstall and reinstall Prevx.
