Web frames problem

I cant access to a website because This web page uses frames, but my browser doesn't support them. So any ways i can view the website? Thanks

Why can everyone I know view the frames just fine, but when I go to the page myself on the web, I cannot see links on this certain page and so forth. I can only see the text in the top. I am running Windows XP Pro and using firefox. When I right click on the page where the top frame should be, and select "view source". I get a bunch of HTML info, and a message that says "this page uses frames but your browser doesn't support them". Any ideas how to correct this? Thanks!!!!

If you are using AdBlock or AdBlock Plus, disable it temporarily and refresh the page.
If it still doesn't work, try this:
Type in about:config in Firefox's address bar.
Scroll down to browser.frames.enabled
Make sure that this value is True. Otherwise, right click and select Toggle. -
