Vista... ARGH!!!

  I just installed the stupidest ever microsoft vista ultimate... Cool features, nice start-up, everything esle...BAD.
  
  A lot of programs are not compatitable with vista. Damn, even my NFS Carbon *ahem* edition can't run. Maplestory doesn't run well either. BOOO, vista just sucks! I'm reverting back to XP now.

  a few things u wnna try... first set the environment as win XP SP2 den run as administrator

  1. Right click the excutable file.. go to properties and set (and also check the box) it to win XP Sp2 competible
  2. Right click the excutable file..run as administrator

  and also.. if the program requires u to enable write permission.... here's how u go about..
  
  1. start>start search> input: User Accounts
  2. click on "Turn User account On or off"
  3. uncheck the box "Use User account control (UAC) to help protect your computer
  4. click ok..
  
  this will also disable irritating prompts by VIsta..

  try the UAC thingy first.. if cannot.. run the program again.. den instead of closing it.. u press "check for sloution online and close it"... tell what it does and what it says

  ok..if cannot work again, maybe its gonna do with Open GL.. you need a updated graphic driver from ATI website.. download the driver which is for Windows Vista.

  i just googled for a solution. it's only com. with windows 98 lol. so i solved it!
  
  however i got another problem... my internet doesn't save cookies. lol

  now i had another problem with NERO 6, i installed nero 6 but the nero express doesn't seem to be working. I tried the compatitiblity issue, but it's still the same..

  vista is gd in the user interface onli, the others sucks
