it's like the idiots region coding games in consoles and movie DVDs...
it has not stopped piracy..
in fact, if i buy a console here, it's coded as NTSC-J.. if i want to play a US game, coded NTSC-UC and a european game coded PAL, i'd have to get 2 more consoles with the correct coding..
OR, i could go get it chipped, which means it'll read the pirated games...
now, who is causing the piracy?
if they had no codes, i'd be able to play all games and not chip my set which will allow me to play pirated games!
anyway, i thinke EMI has started to sell DRM-less tunes
