Whether or not Starhub has resolved their problems, I'm unsure. Need to ask tammy about it. -

Try clearing everything.
Go to Start > Run and type in cmd.
In Command Prompt, type in this:
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Follow the instructions in the above link to clear all rubbish. Then try accessing Hotmail again. -
yup me also starhub i cannot log in msm and hotmail

You will be able to surf. I didn't do anything drastic to your connections.
If really so suay that I break your connections, that means Starhub server really down. The ipconfig /flushdns command just cleared everything. -
