they repaired my warranty'd harddisk but it is still spoiled

now i finished the reformat but the thing is still spoiled, the taskbar wont even load and the windows explorer keep wanting to report to microsoft for errors

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to bring up Task Manager.

Click on File > New Task (Run...)

Type in explorer.exe and hit Enter.

Go to Windows Update and update your Windows.

Still getting crashes, go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer. On the left, click on Application. Then click On Action > Save Log File as...

Post this log.

task manager hangs when i click new task.

there is no start button.

when I was formatting there were some things it said it couldnt do.

If it is RAM problem, most of the time you won't be able to go into windows.
