How to check log/things done on your computer??

  I suspect my cousin invaded my privacy while i left my comp on and went out for new year visits.. how to check what things (for eg. wad applications have been started/files had been browsed)?? is there anyway??

  Registry for applications, temporary folder for files.
  
  For applications, use MRU Blaster
  
  For files, it's slightly harder.
  
  There's lot of folders to look at.
  
  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temp
  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\History
  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
  C:\Documents and Settings\username\Recent
  C:\WINDOWS\Temp
