  l juz now do a avg scanning...altot there is no threats shown tere
  
  but in the box...l saw sumtinz shell32.dlll change c:\windows\ system32\shell32.dlll....
  
  what is that thing ah?

  shell32.dll is needed to run Control Panel.

  Most of the time, it's not.
  
  If you see unknown icons in Control Panel, then that's bad.
