Don't get those rare rare kinds of Linux. Get popular distros, like Xubuntu, Ubuntu, Gentoo, Knoppix, etc.Originally posted by Ito_^:only problems i had were hardware compatibility when i tried to dual boot xp and linux.
For XP and 2000, it's possible to dual boot them.Originally posted by SexY Le0:haha, nice, then it should works for u
it works for me when i install vista and XP Home together and later XP Home and XP Pro, not so sure about other version of OS
thanks for the infoOriginally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:For XP and 2000, it's possible to dual boot them.
For Windows ME, 98 and 95, it's impossible, because they use the same boot file, and the same file system (FAT32). It's very hard to hide the different operating systems, so either it crashes or you get funny errors.
Those wanting to know how to dual boot Linux and XP, just take my school worksheet.

Don't know how to do it, bring your PC to computer shop or pay me to do for you.![]()
