  i know this is kinda unrelavent here.. but let me ask u all this =x
  
  i'm existing singtel line holder, my contract is going to be 1 yr soon, i wanna upgrade my plan. but at the same time, i wanna upgrade to 3g sim card and change to a new no. plus service to censor my no.? is that possible? roughly how much i had to pay?

  upgrade to any plan ( +100 of ur phone choice, depends ur model la)
