As my old modem does not support my current plan,MOL 12k, i bought a replacement modem at Vivo starhub shop.Motorola SB5101.
They said they will disable the old modem.
When i went back and changed,i checked with Starhub utilites and it said im on MOL 6k!!!,i counterchecked on speedtest.net and the download/upload speed were that of the 6k as well!
Now, i tried back to the old modem and it said MOL 12k,which was my actual plan...
So what to do?
