remove Administrator account's PW

Hi how do u remove the pass of the administrator?
I accidentally disabled that account and i could not remove it coz it said the pass did not met the requirement blah blah.
Then,after i set a (meant to be) temp password for the admin acc,i managed to re-enable the admin acc but now i could not remove the password.
Is there any way to remove the password?I dont want any pass coz its risky incase i 4got the pass and need the admin's function.
PS:also,i wonder why i keep getting Access Denied errors when i go to the account seting in Control Panel...even in Admin's account.I also could not edit the Admin acc in that setting when in another Account with admin's privilege. -
They dont seems to include a method to have a no-password admin after having a password on it

Create another administrator account.
Boot to Safe Mode and remove the password. -

Gave quite a lump of info,but no prompt of new password.Just "The command completed successful" at the end.
Some bits from the admin acc : "Password Required : Yes" -
as u can see here,when i am in another admin account(the blacked out one), the administrator is not shown.Same result in Safe mode -

But since it says command is successful, try logging in to Administrator.
In Safe Mode at the login screen, there should be an Administrator account -

If not, there's one other way, use Winternals Administrator Pack.
That can reset your administrator password. -

Let me see...
Go to Start > Run and type in control userpasswords2
Select Users tab
Under Users for this computer, select Administrator
Click on Rest Password at the bottom
That should remove the password.
One thing to note though, if your PC is from a branded one, this method will reset it back to the manufacturer's password. Refer to manual for the password. -

On the left hand side, click on the + sign to expand Account Policies
Then select Password Policy
On the right hand side, select Minimum password length
Right click and select Properties
Set the characters to 0 (zero)
Then try resetting the password again -

can reset/change password,but i didnt write anything in the new password box as intending to have no pass,but cannot as the then policy needed 6. -

In Safe Mode, it will show, unless you tweak something in Windows not to show log in screen.
