  hello...i would like to know what is the program that can change the skin of the windows xp?
  
  for e.g, object destop, stardock etc...
  
  which one is the best and got the nicest effect(as in change everything + icons...)?

  btw, how about those themes people make and then post at deviantART? some of them really quite nice...
  
  i heard 1 is use the patch uxtheme.dll right..?
