  Why do i hear constant clicking sounds every few seconds...
  I have tried removing my mouse but still got the clicking sound...

  Move nearer to your CPU. Is the sound coming from there?
  
  Also, mute all sounds. Any more sounds?
  
  If you answer yes after muting all sounds, it's probably hardware. If you mute all sounds and hear nothing, I'm pretty sure your computer has something funny going on.

  Whenever i mute there will be no more sounds...

  Hmm... perhaps like what tammy and farmerseed suggest, IE is refreshing itself.
  
  One way to check would be to look the HTML tags.
  
  You will see a meta refresh. If it isn't present, look for JavaScripts that might doing the refreshing.
