AVG spyware

  its so weird. Right after i installed it, i didnt get any kind of signaure update in my database. Right now, it is at 600,000 + signatures. Anything wrong?

  I used to subscribed to AVG anti-spyware. Found it so useless, some spyware products still embedded itself inside my comp. Furthermore, cannot remove the damn spy. Ditched it for Norton AntiVirus/Spyware. Better protection! Removal is tops!!

  AVG Anti-spyware updates are quite frequent.
  
  The last standing number of signatures it has is 649,998 threats.

  I use webroot Spy Sweeper...it's quite good and does work in the background
