My com is configured in a way that when you press a link in windows page A, then switch to look at windows page b...., the windows A, after it finishes loading, will pop back up thus block your windows page B.
is there a way to change this settings cos it is rather annoying when you switch page, only to be blocked by another page.
thought this is set by the website and cannot be changed locally?
I don't think you can change this. It's set by the website and is automatic in all browsers.
If you are using tabbed browsing, there are some good news.
On Firefox, go to Tools > Options
Select Tabs at the top
Untick this box: When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately
