Can you tell us what brand and model number of the motherboard?
Probably not. Based on your motherboard, a search on Gigabyte shows that it's using Award BIOS.Originally posted by huy:continuously.. is it mother board problem?

A continuous beep means there are RAM problems.
Check that your RAM is slotted in properly.
Make sure you hear a click sound when slotting in the RAM. If it doesn't work, slot in to different slots.
You have to check that nothing is loose. Particularly anything that needs to be slotted in or plugged in, like wires, cables, video card, RAM, etc.Originally posted by huy:eh.. very blur sia.. so what should i do now? open up my cpu? then take out the ram inside? which is the ram ah? sorry. i computer idiot..
