Someone help me please!! my computer is dying!!!

heres what happen..i reformatted my com and then i went to computer management thing then i went under
Computer management(Local)>System tool>Performance Logs and Alerts>device manager>other devices
in the other device thing "multimedia audio controller" ,"SM Bus Controller" and "video controller(VGA compatible) got one "!" mark then i try to update it but cannot found any software then i went to google and check then i found some web can download..i try but the web bring me to the microsoft webby then i try to download it..the shitty microsoft thing ask me to validate but the serial is wrong...what can i do now to update the 3 stuff..when i scroll down on web pages my exploerer like laggy like shyt like dat....help please

Most likely these hardware are on-board.
Try going to your motherboard's website and find the drivers for them.
Motherboard brand and model can be found either on your motherboard's manual or your purchase receipt. -
is there anyway i can check whats my motherboard by using any program in computer? lol i am a computer noob

Based on this link, I found only managed to find out one driver...
Realtek Sound driver
Can't find the others, unless you can tell me what you are using.
Need to dig out your computer purchase receipt...
