  Sorry for the very looong reply. I just received my Windows Vista installation disc liao. But cant install to my computer xD.

  Maybe. Try to see if it works. Maybe the software is interfering with the normal operation of the drive.
  Which cd/dvd burning software are you using, if any?

  Uninstall via Add/Remove in Control Panel.
  
  MS states that. And most of the time it works. It could be the burning software that created some registry keys that interfere with the CD/DVD drivers and uninstalling and reinstalling the software will work.

  If remove. Cannot le. Because i dun have the installation CD for it. and where do i install back? Because its useful!
  
  It have 3 parts. Cannot directly remove. Must remove the 3 part, Audio, Copy and Data de. So i remove them. But still dont works le.

  Okay thanks for the link. But do you know what else to remove? I removed Audio, Copy, Data.
  
  Now left with Sonic Express Labeler, Sonic myDVD Plus, Sonic Update Manager, SonicAC3Encoder and SonicMPEGEncoder.
  
  Which one to remove?
