Free Picture/Video Gallery

I only know that Flickr offers free picture hosting gallery, which I already have 1 account with them.
This Flickr is mainly for me to upload photos for my friends to see, however I have some private photos which I cannot upload, and now they are occupying quite a large amount of space on my harddisk.
So, I uploaded some of my private photos and videos to Webshots.com, but Webshots.com cannot download, and I need one that can let me download back whenever I need these private photos/videos back.
So anyone can recommend something like Webshots.com, but it offers me a choice to download back the thing I uploaded? -
