Screen Refresh rate is normally calculated in hertz. My LCD an older model is running at 60 hertz (hertz = 1/ time). WHile CRT usually runs at 75 hertz and higher.
Response time is normally calculated in milliseconds and is the time taken for a pixel to switch from black to white and back, or some manufacturers choose to measure it as grey to black or grey to grey.
So what do you want to know? The refresh rate or the response time?
