need help in configuring bluetooth usb adapter

jus bought an acer laptop and a bluetooth usb adapter at the it show today.. when i bring back home, i realised that the free wireless optical mouse they give are faulty! not only that, i realised that i don have the program for burning vcd/dvd.. how ah?
for the blue tooth usb adapter, the whole thing is not user friendly at all.. it takes me a while to figure to use bluetooth to send files from my phone to my laptop.. but i not sure how to transfer the files in my laptop to my phone.. i am using this brand from bluesoleil. anyone know how to use this usb adapter? -
I no problems with their mouse...
Just replace their batteries. Their batteries are laoya.
Program for burning VCD/DVD is bundled... look for one NTI program...
Bluetooth, make sure the service for it is started. Also, make sure you can see the bluetooth icon next to your clock. If it's not there, it's not started.

Here's some possible solutions:
Try resetting the mouse and the usb transmitter... There should be a reset button... Look for it...
Try download Nero...
Enable your bluetooth on your phone, enable your usb bluetooth dongle, select your file you want to transfer, right click and choose send to "your phone name".... -
my laptop comes with dvd rom + rw leh.. by right, they should give me the software right? can i ask them for it?
my laptop don have bluetooth device that why i bought a bluetooth usb adapter.. the problem is i can transfer the file from my mobile phone to my laptop. but don noe why, i jus cun search the file from my computer to transfer to my phone.. i jus cun located the file man..

If it's not installed, look into the discs they give you. -

possibilities
1.you have any pamphlets/fliers to check that its bundled which burning program? if it doesn't show, your lappy dont have burning program.you either have to download a third party burning program or use MS one.
the only default program to burn disc is using MS windows itself.
you can add files by dragging file and place them into your DVD-rw drive. after that, right click your dvd-rw drive and left cick "write these files to CD".
2. they nv come out an installtion for vista?

do you have acer empowering technology?
1.u can install those software by runing empower technology,
2.den select Acer erecovery management.
3.enter your utility password
4. select "recovery actions: recover your system using.......", then click next
5. select "reinstall applications/drivers", click next
6. wait for awhile and there will be "Aspire series software" pop up
7 click "install", and follow the instructions. -

Try downloading everything you need from Acer.
