Printscreen from video - how?

  I tried to printscreen the image from window media. When I paste on the words, it is all black? How do I copy image from video?

  Right-click the desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Hardware acceleration: None
  
  Then try Print screen again or Ctrl+I

  I don't think you need to tweak anything... I've tried it myself before, and all I did was to press Ctrl-i.
  
  There's a function that says "Capture Image". When you press Ctrl-i, a box will pop out, prompting you to save the image.
