unread emails on the login page

  my friend used my user and log in msn and his unread mails remain on the login page of windows...any idea how to remove that?thanks...

  Just logged in to your MSN and try?
  
  Windows is screwed up for this.
  
  Turn off the Welcome screen if needed.

  remove this key from the registry. remember do a backup first
  
  HKey_Current_User/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/UnreadMail
