  if u are talking about pc mem,
  price range for 500+ mhz one is range from 102 to 114 in sls
  667 one no much different. around 107 to 118 like that
  
  the price u state is reasonable.
  
  there is one time sls sell 667mhz for 99. but then later increased the price
