Well basically whenever I turn on my desktop, it will have sudden shut downs within minutes after windows if loaded.
The screens simply "poof" and turn black rather than the usual "window is shutting down... blah blah". The same happened in safe mode and I could not trace any odd software changes.
I vacuum my CPU and there's no diff.
Any idea what went wrong?
Weird one. Power seems like an issue here, but you can start up Windows.
At which stage did the screen turns black?
After you have logged in to Windows?
After the Windows boot logo is shown?
Can you recall any software you installed/uninstalled?
And most importantly, did you tweak the Windows registry? If you answer yes to the last question, my solution to you is to reformat and reinstall Windows.

Check the wires connected to the monitor. Make sure they are connected properly. If problems persist, contact your manufacturer for assistance.
