How to create these kind of Graphics?

  Can anyone lead me to a tutorial or etc, that teach me step-by-step on how to create images with these curvey thingy?
  
  Using PhotoShop CS or Corel Paintshop XII...
  
  had these programs, but dunnoe how to use it effectively.

  Can you sketch in free hand or are you able to sketch the outline or sihouette of the subjects? If you can do that 50 percent of the work is done. The other 50 percent of adding color and overlapping can be completed in no time aided by technology and software.
  
  Of course productivity comes in everything including 'Art' so if there's a chance or opportunity most will 'imitate' and paste to produce results within the given time frame.
