Seeing a PC turn on by itself without any human interaction is a very rare case indeed.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Home or office PC? I don't see how home PC comes with such rubbish. It's not needed anyway.
yeasame thinking here.. the reason i thought of becase was that the transistor or resistor which connects to the transistor. on the mobo. den the undischarged power connects them. they could have been damaged cos maybe there's a time when the peak voltage exceeded.Originally posted by ndmmxiaomayi:Static? I've tried that. It happens when the electricity has not been fully discharged.
Even with remote capabilities, I've never heard of it working without one being by the side to turn on the powers. All remote capabilities as far as I know, requires the PC to be on, not off. Maybe there's really such a software...Originally posted by kawasaki2:Seeing a PC turn on by itself without any human interaction is a very rare case indeed.
I've yet to experience it for myself.
Usually PCs take some time to discharge, that's why we always a while before taking out any PC components, to prevent frying the board.Originally posted by manyu882:yeasame thinking here.. the reason i thought of becase was that the transistor or resistor which connects to the transistor. on the mobo. den the undischarged power connects them. they could have been damaged cos maybe there's a time when the peak voltage exceeded.
