help.. kenna spywares.. bt win cannot be updated

  My Fren's pc caught some spywares when he visited/download something from this website (visver.dll, vision.dll -- from a chinese website.) Well, he is using the fake windows version from some piracy source. Now he can't download the updated to protect or remove the malware cos it will crash his pc system.
  
  His pc is plagued with one spywares that can't be removed by norton and AVG.... Ironically, his anti-spyware program hang his pc.. he is also using spyware termintor and kaspersky.

  my understanding is that microsoft updates patches up the OS to prevent spyware/malware from making use of exploits to gain access to the system.Once the spyware/malware gets into the system...updating the OS wouldnt help...much less remove them.

  have he triedscanning and deleting those on Safe mode?(using anti virus)
