  Hey..., anyone has a usable paypal account...?
  
  I always wanted to get into the ebay business but donno how to transfer money to my paypal account... they say need to use a US bank account... but I in Singapore leh... anyone with paypal know how to add funds without credit cards...
  
  Their faq isn't much help and I still havn't receive any answer from their help line...

  Normally i use CC to transfer... but recently someone said.. can use bank acct to transfer into paypal.

  all i know.. paypal only allows banks from USA only for the transfer...
  
  rest of the world... use CC...

  y do u need funds in your paypal? if u need to pay for item in ebay, the seller will send u the invoice.. then u can proceed from there..
  
  if u are selling things in ebay.. u dont need fund in your paypal inorder to sell.. when the fund is inside ur paypal.. everytime u withdraw money back to your bank account, will cost SGD$2 if the amount u gng to withdraw is less than SGD$199.

  Soo... you're saying... if I want to pay for something, paypal will auto take from my bank account... Coz selling items on ebay is not free...

  selling at ebay.sg is currently free..
  
  no.. if u are paying for an item that u purchase from ebay, the seller will send u an invoice.. then u can use paypal to proceed in paying.. i have paid once when i was a newbie too.. but i forgot the procedure.. but they will required your credit/debit card account.. then they will transfer your money to that seller. but no worry, as paypal will guide u along.. else i wont know how to do it that time..
