i went to chc.org.sg website to download/play the video sermon or audio sermon..using window palyer. but cannot, this message pop out instead, advise pls thkx

Using IE?
If yes, just directly click on the link given. Don't copy and paste the link into Windows Media Player, it won't work. -
i did not copy and paste, when i tried to click on the link, the video doesnt download but comes with this error. help

Hmm... try this.
Go to Start > Run and type in cmd
In Command Prompt, type ipconfig /renew then press Enter
Type in ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter
Type in exit and press Enter
Does this work? -

Hmm... no idea what's happening.
Try clearing your cache.
Go to Start > Run and type in cleanmgr
Select the drive where Windows is installed (by default it's C drive)
Tick these boxes: Temporary Internet Files, Offline Webpages, Temporary Files, Temporary Offline Files and Offline Files
Click OK
Then try again.
Make sure that all windows are closed except this one. -

Open Internet Explorer. Click on Tools > Internet Options.
Select the Connections tab. Under Local Area Network (LAN) settings, click on the LAN settings button.
Under Proxy Server, type in proxy.singnet.com.sg for Address, 8080 for Port. -
