how do i turn off antivirus?

when i right click, it says "on access scan statistics" and 'about antivirus enterprise". there are no options to turn it off? can any kind souls help me?

Double click to open it.
Then, you click on Program > Exit/Quit or File > Exit/Quit
That's the general guide. If none of these options are present, then I don't know liao. -

Sounds like Symantec to me. If not, McAfee or Trend Micro or any big name brands.
Don't think there are more ways to shut it down...

I tell you my experience. 2 days back when my dad unknowingly installed norton internet security and av into the comp, it was like totally couldnt surf the net, and when try to change the settings it tells me I need to log on and access denied and all that sh+t, i was like WTF. Coudn;t even uninstall it. I had to disable all its startup runs and manually delete it in safe mode. knnccb.

Anyway, it looks like McAfee...
Think it's a security centre. Go to Start > All Programs > McAfee (or something similarly named) > McAfee Security Center (or something similarly named)
Select Antivirus, then changed it to off or something. Just play around with the settings. -
