MSN/internet explorer help

  hi people~
  
  whenever i click on a link or url my friend gives me on MSN, the webpage opens on the current browser im using. then sometimes i need 2 URLs at one shot. how can i stop this from happening..? as in allow the link to open in a new window...

  can't you right click the link and click on open in new window?

  Copy and paste. That's the only way I know.
  
  But then again, I'm not using MSN Messenger, so I can't help. I know in Linux everything is so much better. They open in Firefox and in new tabs.
