network problems?

  u see ah, last time i can use bitcomet plus bnet and can also tune in to sms leh. but cannot alr, but when i use other network i can leh. why ah?
  
  issit because my current network dun allow such actions? den is there anything i can do abt it?

  Yeah lor, last time my office can access tinypic.com, but maxonline at home cannot. But the best part is office can d/l from rapidshare with no wait times, but totally impossible at home.
