I feel that suggested GFX card is already enough.
MOBO should upgrade should user decide to upgrade any near future.
If not, he should consider if a more expensive mobo is important.
3 - 4gb ram for me cos i will need to speed up the process while doing graphical works. Maybe in future Avid or Video Editing softwre.
Huge HDD space is also essential to my usage.
