  Yup, the network card should be inside. Just download those drivers for backup first, uninstall the router and network card, and see what happens first.

  when u solve that computer problem NOT related to the router, read the damn manual and flip to page 51 for instructions on how to secure ur damn connection.

  I used the cable to connect my HP laptop, strangly there is no internet connection..but when i connected to my bro Ibm lappy, there is.

  My set of instructions given was
  
  1. Download the drivers given
  2. Uninstall router software
  3. Uninstall network card
  
  Are these being done in order? If no, that's the reason why Internet can't work.
