Why Everytime I Start My IE, This Page Come Out?

i dont nkow exactly what you want ..
IF you want yahoo.com to load when u open IE..
this are the steps
press ALT-F
u will c several menu(s)..
choose Tools -> internet Option
On The General Tab -> HomePage -> type yahoo.com and press Apply
OPen another IE window..You shld be able to open yahoo.com as your default homepage

If nothing works, just go to Tools > Internet Options and do everything there. Save the settings, close IE, then start it again.
looking at hte picture u posted later on the thread..u will notice
a yellow exclamation mark there " ! " ..normally is javascript problem

sorry keep editing, another option is maybe u can remove IE7 and reinstall again
