Comparing them side by side:
Processor wise, Acer will beat Fujitsu. If you want to use it for gaming or other resources intensive uses, a good processor is needed.
Hard disk space wise, extra is always good.
Graphics wise, comparing dedicated and shared, dedicated is better.
Security wise, having a fingerprint recognition is better than passwords.
Warranty wise, if you are a lazy person, Fujitsu is for you, because it's on site. Acer requires you to carry it all the way to Jurong East.
Given a choice, I will choose Fujitsu.
