tweaking and boosting laptop sound

  basically....i am using a laptop, so i noe i cant really do anything much (how i wished i could put creative's audigy 2 inside my laptop ) but anybody has any idea how to make the laptop sound sweeter with heavier bass boost? i using creative headphone....so i wonder if plug-ins and installing program will make wonders?

  I think creative has speakers for laptop.

  Yea as someone mentioned, the creative Xmod can enhance your sound.It is basically plugged into the usb of your laptop while you plug your earphone into the xmod.
  
  Another alternative is the audigy 2 zs sound card for notebook.It is placed into the laptop expansion card slot

  You may find it a few dollars cheaper if you go sim lim and buy.But if you want to save the hassle of making a trip down,then you can just buy from creative's online store
