  my free avg ver. kept detecting this just now.
  While opening file: C:\System Volume Information\_restore{3D55DF4C-C367-47F6-AAE9-F60796AF84D4}\RP226\A0052068.exe
  Virus found Downloader.Obfuskated
  
  i moved to virus vault, healed it, but it just kept appearing.

  Your system restore point has been infected...
  
  Just enable and disable system restore to reset everything.
