use utorrent la.... ^^ go see my guide(at sticky) for utorrent users. can go up to 4x the speed of average swam speed.

i just resign a new contract with singnet to continue my 512k for another 2 years at $29.95.
i'm happy with 512k. no point having such high speed connection when there's nothing good on local servers to download.
all those movies, songs, anime etc are all hosted overseas and they have limited bandwidth for download. -

and also, as for pacific internet, yea it signed contract with Icell which lets its customers to use wireless at Sg. but the pacific internet users no need to sign up for ICell... they just need to sign up via pacific internet

Anyway, be prepared for slow downs on Starhub networks, because theirs is shared, not dedicated. Surf surf can liao, don't expect great stuffs. -
