  What browser are you using? Firefox see sticky, IE7 will be as follow:
  
  Tools > Internet Options
  
  Click on the Security tab
  
  Select the Internet icon and click on Custom level
  
  Scroll all the way to Scripting
  
  Active Scripting - set to enable
  Allow programmatic clipboard access - set to prompt
  Scripting of Java applets - set to enable
