need some help

well recently when i started to play games in yahoo and miniclip, halfway during the game i got disconnected due to heavy lag. As always i tried to kill the task by pressing ctrl+alt+del = i realise that the CPU usage became 100%
and the commit charge(bottom right corner) was at it highest reaching about 800M/1157M from the usual 303M/1157M(thinking that the worm is the cause)
Another thing is today i scan my com for virus using active virus shield however half way through scanning it detected 2 email worms.i neutralize it but suddenly my com switch off as i forgot to put power
but however when i restarted scanning the log files of the previous 2 virus were not found and they did not detect it at all. is there any possible ways to check if the worm is not the cause for the computer to be lag? -
there is only one solution to solve this and that is to reformat your computer. and stop watching porn

yes the threats has been neutralized(deleted) but the lag still occurs -

well yesterday i accidentally deleted my power dvd from my computer then when i tried to play a dvd on my laptop, it didnt read at all
any ways to solve this?
i search in google however powerdvd there is trial version(30 days) and size is too big and is there any other ways to play dvd than that? -
Download from school. They even have Nero.
It's in rpstorage.
Make sure you are in school to do that and is connected to the VPN. -

oh yea 1 more thing mayi under the sound and audio properties in control panel it states that there is no audio device there... how do i reinstall it back? is it in the powerdvd also?

I don't see how PowerDVD has deleted your sound device.
But if that's the last thing you do that deleted your sound device, installing PowerDVD back might help.
