Narrator?

My friend told me she accidentally pressed something which caused a voice which keeps narrating on even the msn words which the chatter types. There isn't any narrator programs running at the taskbar and the utility manager (windows + U) states it's not running.
Anyone have any idea how to close it? -

yea its a window integrated voip or whatever thing.. I activate before...

its in start> all programs > accessories> accessibility.
check the system tray. maybe it started minimised.
